ConnectWise Setup

API configuration is a required step to use this application. It is performed in the Integrator Login area of the table setup area of ConnectWise. The PSA administrator will select or create the integrator that they would like to configure and will be presented with the following screen.

The PSA administrator will select each service you need access to. Some of the options will have additional configuration values. For example the Service API will prompt for two fields. The PSA administrator will now select the service board that this integrator’s tickets will be created against, and select the call back URL that will be used to notify the integrator of updates to the tickets. The service board dropdown is restricted to those boards that have all network cross references set correctly. Both fields are required.
