How to do bulk Refunds with GC – Paypal Bulk Refund System?

1. To process bulk refund you need to enter the credentials in “User Settings” page as shown in Figure 1.

2. Choose the mode as “Live” and click “Sync Transactions” at the bottom of the screen.
   The transaction details on which you can perform refund will be listed in the grid as shown in Figure 2.
3. Either select “Full” or “partial” refund type.
   For Partial type refund you should enter the refund amount in dollars or in percentage.
4. Select the transactions as you like on which you need to perform refund or
   click “Check All” at the bottom to process refund on all the transactions listed as shown in Figure 2. And click “Submit” at the bottom to process refund.

5. At the end of the process you can see the status of the refund for each transaction in the “Status” column as shown in Figure 3.
