Overview
GC – JDL Alerts can be used to monitor alerts on your JD Link system. If you have your construction equipment linked on JDLink, GC – JDL Alerts is the best system to monitor alerts that are raised by your equipment.
The system is very easy to use. It is capable of running on all Microsoft Windows platforms. The application runs in the background and lives in the system tray. Whenever there is a new alert it displays an alert in the system tray.

You will see a new icon in your system tray after product installation and system reboot.

The context menu of the system tray icon shows the actions available.

This is the application configuration window. Here you enter the username, password to JDLink and other parameters.

This popup will appear when there are new alerts.

This page shows the Latest New Unacknowledged Alerts grouped by Equipment ID. You can get to the details of the alert, acknowledge the alert, view the location of the alert on a map.

This page shows the unacknowledged alerts between selected start date and end date grouped by Equipment ID

GC – JDL Alerts can be used to monitor alerts on your JD Link system. If you have your construction equipment linked on JDLink, GC – JDL Alerts is the best system to monitor alerts that are raised by your equipment.
The system is very easy to use. It is capable of running on all Microsoft Windows platforms. The application runs in the background and lives in the system tray. Whenever there is a new alert it displays an alert in the system tray.
Setting up the application is very easy. Once it is installed you will see an icon in the system tray. There are a few settings that you will have to enter before getting started. Right click on the icon in the system tray and click on Application Settings. This will bring up a form where you can enter the basic settings of the application. You will have to enter your JDLink username, password. You also enter the interval upon which you want the system to check for new alerts. You also need to enter the registration code for the application. Call us at (416) 286 1253 or e-mail us at support@genesiscircle.com for help with registration code.



After the initial setup the system will check JDLink regularly for new alerts. When a new alert is found, it will display a notification in the system tray with the number of new alerts. You can click on the notification to see the details of the alerts.

You can also see all unacknowledged alerts in the past 60 days. This window will show you the alerts grouped by equipment ID. You can drill down further and see full details of the alert. You can view a map of where the equipment was when the alert occurred. You can also acknowledge the alert.
