1. INTRODUCTION:

E-Mail Move To is an Add-in for Microsoft® Outlook® application. We live in a jet age and you deserve applications which make your work efficient and stress free. We at Genesis Circle take the utmost care to come up with applications which will keep you on the top of your league and the “E-Mail Move To” will do just that for you.

2. UNIQUE FEATURES:

• EMT enables you to move E-Mails to a destined folder without having to drag them or having to copy them, navigate to folders that may be several levels deep.
• It also sends the E-Mails to a folder of any depth in a single click without navigating through the folders.

3. NAVIGATION – E-Mail Move To:

I. On your Microsoft Outlook Toolbar go to Tools and then click on Options as shown below in Fig.1.
The Options window pops up as shown below in Fig.2. Click on “E-Mail Move To”.

II. When you click on E-Mail Move To, the “E-Mail Move To” pops up as shown below in Fig.3.

III. Click on “Add Profile” to create a new folder. When you click on Add Profile a yellow text- box to add a new entry will come as shown below in Fig.4. Type the new short cut name in the yellow text box.

IV. When you click on the “Add Folder Path”, the “Select Folder” pops up (as shown below in Fig.5). Select your desired path and click on OK. We can create folder of any depth. These folders get populated in the “E-Mail Move To items” tool bar.

V. Click on the Button if you want to remove a Folder. Thus you can add in and edit your folders and access them any time.VI. Multiple Launch Pads: After configuring “E-Mail Move To” you can access it in 2 ways.

• From the “Select Destination Folder” in the tool bar (as shown below in Fig.6.)
• From the Pop up Menu by right clicking the mouse (as shown below in Fig.8.)

METHOD I:

1. Select the E-Mails you want to move
2. Then in the drop down near the “Select Destination Folder” select the folder you want to move to as shown in Fig.7
3. Then click “Move To” button.

METHOD II:

1. Select the E-Mails you want to move.
2. Right Click on the selected items and click “Move To” in the pop up
3. Clicking on the destined profile will move the selected E-Mails as shown in Fig.8.

4.CONCLUSION :

“E-Mail Move To” will enable you to send your E-Mails to your desired destinations on a single click without navigating through the folders while moving like in the conventional method. It helps in organizing and managing your E-Mails in an organized fashion.
In other words “E-Mail Move To” puts you on the driver’s seat in managing your emails. .
