GC Route E-Mail Queue is just the product you are looking for. It is based on Microsoft Exchange E-mail server. You configure the main mailbox that receives all incoming e-mail. The application then assigns these e-mails in random or round robin order to a set of configured mailboxes.

2. HOW THE APPLICATION WORKS:

After installing "GC Route E-Mail Queue" it provides a very simple user interface to configure the master mailbox and the slave mailboxes. The interface shows the list of mailboxes in your exchange server so it is easy for you to pick. Configuration of the application on your Exchange server is also very simple. You enter the username and password under which the application is to run. Please make sure that this user account has the required privileges to access the master and slave mailboxes. The User Interface is shown below:

Select the Master Mailbox into which you receive e-mail requests. In the Slave Mailboxes column select the e-mail queues to which you want to route the incoming requests. As e-mail comes into the Master Mailbox queue it will be routed to the Slave Mailboxes in round robin or random fashion as you choose. You can add as many Master mailbox configurations as you choose.
