GC – Assign Activity to Multiple Accounts for MS CRM 4.0 is a simple but very handy add-on for Microsoft CRM 4.0. It lets you add any type of the following tasks to multiple accounts in one click. You can also assign these tasks to multiple users on your team.

  • Task
  • Fax
  • Phone Call
  • E-Mail
  • Letter
  • Appointment
  • Campaign Response

Consider a situation where you are a salesman. You now want to add an activity of type task or phone call to 10 of your Accounts/Contacts on the first of next month to talk to them about a new opportunity. Currently you will have to open each contact and add this activity, enter the subject, notes, date, priority, due date and select the Account. Using our add-on you do all this with very few clicks.
